Ubud, Bali, derriere le marché. Il y a une petite rue pietonne, commercante et pas si touristique, les touristes préfèrent une rue parallele, qui traverse tout Ubud.
Un jour, il y a longtemps, j’avais arreté, à alep, un jeune cyclomotoriste pour le croquer, en lui glissant un billet toutes les 5 minutes. Je n’ai pas fait cela à Bali, j’ai juste sorti mon smartphone et fait comme tout le monde.
pour la peinture, j’ai accentué les contrastes des hautes lumières, du visage, et j’ai rajouté des couleurs qui n’existent pas, mais que j’ai trouvé necessaire à l’image

Ubud, Bali, behind the market. There is a small pedestrian, shopping street with not so much tourists, they prefer a parallel street, which goes through the whole Ubud.
One day, a long time ago, I had stopped, at aleppo, a young cyclomotorist to sketch him, slipping in his hand a 5syrian pound every 5 minutes. I did not do this in Bali, I just pulled out my smartphone and do like everyone .
For the painting, I accentuated the contrasts of the highlights, the face, and I added colors that do not exist, becauseI thought that’s what the image wanted.
